La Petite Chapelle de Bordeaux 2019

While strolling through our Bordeaux region one can observe small chapels surrounded by rows of vines. Our religion has always protected our vineyards so we were able to discover the best soils. La Petite Chapelle de Bordeaux is a witness of this heritage, a generous and expressive wine with character.

VIGNEYARD
Gravelly-clayey and calcareous-clay

GRAPE VARIETIES
Merlot, cabernet sauvignon

VITICULTURE
Every second row are processed to promote root growth and aerate the soil. Leaf removal, thinning and careful harvest.

VINIFCATION
Traditional vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.

TASTING NOTES
Purple, dainty nose of fresh fruit, supple attack, round and supported by silky tannins. All is balanced, complete with a nice finish on the fruit.
