They have remained true to their roots and to the passion of those who founded the company in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, Barcelona, where Cava is also produced. Due to the close connection with cava producers, Simon Coll began making foiled Chocolate Champagne Bottles. Each one is composed of creamy milk chocolate made with natural ingredients and without artificial additives.

Simón Coll’s vocation has always been innovation and quality. Their factories are a combination of traditional know-how and the latest manufacturing technologies. They are one of the few who are still truly making their chocolate from bean to bar.
