Is this a 1 or 2.0 version and does the tracking chip come with the wallet?

This is the 2.0 version without the tracker.

Does it come with the case?

The wallet comes in a box. There is no separate cardholder inside the slot, the mechanism works in a way that you have to enter 4-5 cards in the slot and upon clicking the button, the cards eject out in an orderly manner.
