This item is a manual spice cutter.

The dried herbs and spices are cut, not ground, and can thus perfectly unfold their individual aroma. Suitable for: chili, ginger, sesame, fennel, caraway, coriander, mustard seed, etc. The size of the output is approximately half millimeter particles.
