Aglianico del Vulture is a full-bodied red wine from the Basilicata region of southern Italy. It is made from Aglianico grapes grown around Monte Vulture, an extinct volcano which dominates the skyline and landscape of northern Basilicata. It is one of southern Italy's greatest wines and has been dubbed the ‘Barolo of the South’.

Eubea Covo dei Briganti Aglianico del Vulture is garnet red and of remarkable intensity; dark and consistent. The nose presents a massively rich and seductive bouquet, with aromas of ripe cherry, cocoa powder, tobacco and coffee beans. The understated oak provides elegance and refinement. Gentle and balanced, this wine is smooth and fascinating on the palate. Enjoy on its own or with grilled meats.
