These are adjustable belts. They fit sizes 24-56

How do I adjust it?

To Make it smaller there is a lever on the back of the buckle. Lift it up and the strap will slide out. Take a pair of scissors and cut the extra slack and then put the strap back in the buckle and close the lever.
