These are adjustable belts. They fit sizes 24-56

How do you unbuckle it?

To unbuckle, lift the lever on the buckle, up, and then pull the strap out.

Where does all the excess belt go?

There is an automatic mechanism on the buckle. When you push it up, the strap slides out and you can then cut the strap with any pair of scissors to whatever length you want/need. Then lift the automatic mechanism and slide the strap back in for the perfect fit with no slack. All this takes about only 1 minute to do.
