These old vines start with a deep rich color and amazing legs that lead to a black pepper and blackberry bouquet with raspberry, nutmeg, and peppercorn on your palate but this is just the start of all the layers that will leap from the glass. The long finish is just another example of an exceptional Cabernet from a cool climate. Enjoy now and for many years to come.

Not widely known for its Cabernet Sauvignon, the Russian River Valley gave Ammunition a bit of a dark horse. They might not have seen it coming, but were certainly ecstatic upon its arrival. For those of you who enjoy great cabernet this gem is just that, a great Cabernet Sauvignon form a great Northern California region, our Russian River Valley. A deep dark red color in the glass matched the depth of this wine. Super dark rich blueberry and black plum jam surrounds the strawberry and bramble berry notes. Jammy-rific is the only descriptor that matches the flavors. Reminding us of Sonoma County heritage this cab has long dusty tannins that you will never forget. There is something for everyone here in this glass of Cabernet, just like the RRV. From rich fruit flavors to earthy undertone, you will not easily forget this wine. It will fill your dreams.
