A beautiful display of 6 ancient Byzantine stone tiles, each with gold/gilded crosses, circa 800-1200 AD. Rectangular-stone tiles, the center of each with an incised and gilded central cross comprised of a round central elements with four arms and piriform finials. These likely would have been used to decorate the walls or altars in an ancient Byzantine church. Intact save for edge chips.
