Product Description
French Empire Period flintlock pistol, c. late 1700's to early 1800's. Wonderfully preserved with LeClerc proofs and traces of script on the lock. It has a military style lock with gilt and engraved mounts similar to a Versailles officer’s pistol. The pistol is approximately .69 caliber and was re-stocked during the period of use with an 8” round barrel with the ramrod retained. Not in useable condition. Includes custom metal stand.
