Ancient Rome. Nero with Augustus Caesar. Silver (billon) tetradrachm of Alexandria, Egypt. Struck Year 13 of Nero’s reign, circa 66-67 AD. Radiate bust of Nero left wearing aegis, NEPW KLAV KAIS SEBA GEP; date LIG to left / Radiate head of Augustus right, QEOS SEBASTOS. Very nice detail, good surfaces.
