From Ancient Egypt. Late Period, Dynasty XXVI, c. 664 - 535 BC comes these Faience-bead earrings, comprised of blue/green ancient Egyptian tube-beads and multicolored ancient faience disk beads. These extremely high-quality beads were crafted of faience, a porcelain/glass-like material which turned bright colors when fired in the kiln. Each set with modern silver jewelry wire and fittings.
