The 2014 Apriori Proprietary Red Blend from Napa Valley was awarded 89 points from Robert Parker, the Silver Medal from the San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition, and 94 points from the California Wine Advisors. It's between medium and full-bodied, with aromas of dark and red berries, plum, chocolate, spice box and scorched earth. Pure, silky, and balanced. The hand-harvested and sorted grapes were fermented in stainless steel tanks for 30 days, and aged in neutral French oak barrels for 11 months.
The 2014 Apriori Sauvignon Blanc, from Napa Valley was awarded the Silver Medal from the San Francisco Chronicle. It's an elegant and fresh Sauvignon Blanc, offering aromas of quince, lemon peel, honeyed grapefruit, minerals, fresh mint and spring flowers. Vibrant, velvety, and pure on a long succulent finish.The hand-harvested and sorted grapes were fermented in stainless steel tanks for 30 days, and aged in neutral French oak barrels for 11 months.
