Unfortunately no, Ms PacMan is not one of the great PacMan games on this arcade.

Can two players play at the same time, since it has double control deck?

Like arcade PacMan machines, only 1 person can play at a time.

Can difficulty level be adjusted?

Unfortunately, you can not adjust the difficulty level, as we use the original arcade ROMs.

Are these new or refurbished?

These are brand new, scale arcade cabinets!

Can it do 110v up to 230v or is it only 110v?

With the correct quality international adapter, it can do up to 230V.
