Crafted by finishing Asbury Park Gin in new American oak barrels, this expression exhibits a light amber hue. Its aroma is characterized by fresh oak, sweet vanilla, caramel, honey, charcoal, honeysuckle, flowers, and subtle smoke. On the palate, notes of leather, honey, vanilla, pipe smoke, and juniper mingle with a medium, velvety body. The finish offers pepper spiciness, oak, and gentle alcohol warmth, making it perfect for cocktails or sipping neat. Awarded a Silver Medal at the 2018 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

Distilled from grain and infused with an exclusive blend of botanicals, including juniper, coriander, angelica root, borage, sweet orange peel, lemon peel, and cardamom, Asbury Park Gin boasts a juniper-forward aroma with clean citrus notes of lemon and orange. On the palate, flavors of white pepper, borage, cardamom, and pronounced pepper shine through, complemented by a medium body. It culminates in a lingering, soft, and clean finish of spice. Awarded Double Gold and Best of Class at the 2021 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
