Avion was born from a love of tequila and its rich robust agave flavor. Founder Ken Austin embarked on a journey to fulfill his dream and create a tequila that would celebrate the highlands’ agave flavor. This led Ken to Jesus Maria, where the world’s best agave is grown and where the Lopez family lovingly manages the land. Together in collaboration Ken and the Lopez family spent years blending old-school tequila making techniques with a philosophy of never cutting corners and focusing on the art of creating tequila. Every step of the process works to preserve and enhance the natural, rich, roasted flavors of the Avion agave. This is Avion, which bartenders, consumers and experts describe as, quite simply, delicious.

Avión Reserva Cristalino is born from a unique blend of our finest Añejo tequila, with a touch of Extra Añejo. Further Elevated by a meticulous filtration to achieve crystalline clarity and unparalleled smoothness.

Distilled from hand selected agaves grown at the highest elevations, Avión Reserva Cristalino masterfully showcases the brightness of the agave with the complexity of an Añejo for an experience above any other.

NOSE
Primary notes of oak, vanilla, caramel and warm spices, like cinnamon. This aromas are complemented by hints of minerality, lime zest and fresh agave.
PALATE
Creamy notes of vanilla, pecans and roasted agave and pineapple. Agave bright notes of fresh herbs and minerality.
FINISH
Full bodied and Smooth palate of oak, caramel and earthy tones.
