Back Bay Audio is a team of Boston-based audiophiles making the headphones they've always wanted. They custom-tune all their headphones in Boston to dial in the warm, vocal tone of the classic American Hi-Fi systems they grew up on. That means strong bass, a relaxed midrange and crisp highs. Their custom-voiced preamplifier circuitry even allows them to put an emphasis on bass fullness while making sure that vocals and high notes are natural and detailed.
