Celebrate Summer in style with the COUP Endless Summer 2020 Champagne with Champagne Saber in a Collector's Case. Awarded 90 Points by Gilbert and Gaillard, this 2004 Vintage Brut features notes of ripe lemon, white-fleshed fruits and brioche. Lovely volume, full body yet also freshness and mellowness on the palate. Remarkable fullness and lengthy fruit exposure.

This impressive gift set comes complete with a matte black, forged stainless steel champagne saber so you can open it with finesse. The top of the bottle is fitted with patented safety mechanisms that make the experience of champagne sabering safer and easier to perform. This bottle is ready-to-saber out of the box with no bottle preparation or experience necessary.

The entire set is presented in a padded hard case that is dustproof, waterproof, shockproof, and weatherproof. It is designed to safely transport a bottle of COUP champagne anywhere in the world. The inside of the case is molded to fit the bottle, as well as the saber and included pour spout.

Every COUP bottle is an expression of the resilience and power of being unique. Their passion is curating collections of incredible champagne made with the highest level of integrity. They choose from the top 1% of independent champagne producers, then paint each bottle by hand to block out light and create their own signature look and feel. Finally, COUP laser engraves unique artistic designs onto the metal plate to commemorate each bottle.

This champagne comes from the independent craft house of J. de Telmont. Founded in 1912 with the family motto of "Glory to Champagne!" four generations have gone on to write the history of the brand through a completely hands on process that continues today. The delicate harvest by hand is precisely timed for each season, while the art of “tiré-bouché liège” (ageing on natural cork) carries on a rare tradition. The wine-making and aging still takes place in foudres (large oak vats), and riddling continues to be performed by hand. Craft champagne like this is noted for its deeper and more complex flavor profile that arises from a longer aging process. The texture of the bubbles are much finer and more delicate for an exquisite tasting experience.
