Ultra smooth and fragrant, Bee D'vine Honey Wine is made exclusively from California honey and springwater— no grapes— and barrel aged in their wine cave in Sonoma Valley. Bee D'vine applies oenological science and grape-wine craft to their honey wine in order to create refreshingly floral and perfumed, tannin-free honey wine with a remarkably cleaner finish than traditional grape wines.

Bee D'Vine Brut is a pale yellow straw color. Elegant, fruity aromas and flavors of Asian pear, mint, and flower patch earth mix with honeycomb, pollen, and rose hip. It offers a soft, bright, dry-yet-fruity, light-to-medium body and a graceful, interesting, long spiced melon, starfruit, kiwi, guanabana, and coconut milk finish.

Bee D'vine Demi Sec features a dusty yellow straw color. Aromas of wintermint, pine blossom, granola, and tea and tobacco leaves meld with a slightly tannic, crisp, fruity light body, and a smooth, interesting, medium-length notes of coconut water, starfruit, jicama, and lemon honey tea. Drinks like a fine Riesling.

The Magnum 3L is presented in a rare, clear Italian glass, double magnum bottle (only 2% of magnums are clear). The double-magnum bottle maintains the same bowling-pin shape as the flagship 750ml bottle. The award-winning label is modeled after an ancient 3rd century cross, with a diamond shape that fits the curve of the glass like a glove. This is the only honey wine that comes in double magnum.
