TFK is made of high quality CroMoTanium™ 18/10 surgical stainless steel that is non­porous and non­reactive to prepared foods. It is also corrosion resistance thanks to an invisible, passive oxide film that forms on the metal’s surface like a protective shield. The polished layer prolongs the life of your cookware and makes both food preparation and clean up incredibly easy.
