Use the included steak press to help evenly cook burgers, steak, chicken, and bacon. It features a heavy-duty cast-iron base with a hammered finish and a stay-cool bamboo handle. This handy tool is coated with vegetable oil and cured at high heat to allow the oil to deeply penetrate the cast iron. It comes pre-seasoned and ready to use right out of the box.
