The Beyond Zero Liquor Freezing Counter-top Ice Maker easily and rapidly freezes actual liquor, wine or already-mixed cocktails into solid portion-controlled cubes - it's powerful enough to freeze any alcohol-based spirits up to 120 proof. The proprietary ice tray freezes 4 .25oz liquor ice cubes at a time, totaling one precise ounce of frozen liquor.
The dazzling 5.0″ LCD interface is fully touchscreen, with preset menu choices for a user-friendly freezing operation that will fully freeze 80-90 proof spirits in about 5 minutes, and will freeze wine in about 3 minutes. You can also make just about any style you want! It comes with a variety of pre-programmed shapes, so you can use the controls to choose the one you want - no separate molds required.
In terms of design, it has a cabinet exterior with a sleek, stainless steel finish on the front, sides, and top. For convenience, it offers an insulated ice tray with automatic ice ejection, and the internal chassis interior is stainless steel, including stainless steel air plenums with air filtration. The integrated ice chute features an all stainless steel light-up ice lever. State of the art sound dampening material lines the unit, and a press-fit clear lid seals the system from potential impurities entering the ice tray during production, allowing the operator visual access to the freezing and ejection process.
