How do you cook these?

First off, these are fully cooked and smoked, so you just need to heat and eat.
The preferred method of heating is the 2-step method. First, simmer the encased meats in water for a couple of minutes then either finish on a hot grill for 30 - 1 minute per side or a dry skillet just to brown or char the casing.
