The shoes are definitely washable! We recommend a hand wash with cold water and a mild detergent, like Woolite. You can soak the shoes for half an hour or so. After that, rinse them thoroughly with cold water. When you hang the shoes to dry, please make sure it's nowhere near a heater. The water will come out through the nose of the shoe, so you can best put a dry towel beneath.

Your shoes will be fresh again, but please be careful, the sole can be a
a bit slippery in the first couple of hours.

The shoes are made with 100% natural wool felt, which will mold perfectly
to your feet.

The shoes are true to size. In case of doubt, we can recommend buying one size larger, not smaller.
