FAQ
What heats the water to make it warm before it comes out the sprayer?

The water connection utilizes both cold water from the toilet water valve and the hot water from the sink's water valve. When turning the setting to hot, it will mix both the hot and cold water to spray out the warm water.

What is the PSPC technology?

PSPC stands for Positive Stepping Pressure Control. When turning the dial, it allows the water to start on the 3rd click of the water pressure dial. This helps prevent premature wear and tear on the internal valves.

Does this require both hot and cold water hookups?

Yes, the BB-270 will require the cold water hookup from the toilet water supply. The hot water hookup will come from the sink's hot water supply.

Does it fit standard toilets?

Yes, this will fit most standard two-piece toilets. However, fitment on a one-piece toilet will vary depending on the curvature between the toilet tank and the bowl. If the curvature is outward towards the front, the bidet will not be able to be placed down on the bowl to be secured.
