Is there any nickel used in the metal band or watch back?

Stainless steel is only used on this watch. The case, backside of the case, the Milanese (mesh) straps and the buckles on the leather straps are made from stainless steel.

Is this sapphire crystal?

It uses a plexi crystal, not sapphire.

Is this yellow gold or rose gold plated?

This one has a rose gold plating.

What color is the metal bracelet? Also, are the BHBRBL and the BHGRRM the same watch except that one has a leather and the other a metal bracelet?

The BHBRBL and the BHGRRM have both a stainless steel Rose gold plated case. The BHGRRM has a grey dial and a case matching milanese rose gold plated stainless steel strap. The BHBRBL has a black dial with rose plated indicators and hands.
