Hand forged an assembled by master knife makers with 30 years of experience, this Sub Hilt Knife from Black Valley Forge is composed of 1084 High Carbon and 15n20 Nickel Carbon for an immaculately hard and sharp blade. The steel is oil tempered to 58-60HRC, and the exotic handle materials are sourced from all over the world. Crafted exclusively for Touch of Modern, the knife also includes a functional dual carry buffalo saddle leather sheath, complete with a slot for a fire starter and wet stone (not included).

Damascus steel is a mixture of carbon steels, and therefore this blade needs to be oiled and kept lubricated, or it will develop rust stains and tarnish.
