Is the front and/or back grille removable for cleaning?

The front grill is removable with one simple screw. Then, the blades can also be removed for cleaning and access to the inside of the back grill to make cleaning very convenient.

How quiet is the small pole unit?

This product was designed with the bedroom in mind. Most of our customers consider this much quieter then competitive products. Noise is subjective, though.

What is the height of the unit?

This product is 21.3" high.

Is this oscilating?

No, it does not oscillate. It's designed to be pointed at a wall or ceiling to create indirect cooling. Although, you certainly can have it pointed directly at you if you are really warm.

Does this item improve air quality?
