Cooking & Storage
— Brats & Hot dogs are fully cooked and shipped frozen with dry ice. Upon arrival, remove meat from packaging and place in the refrigerator or freezer. Brats & Hot Dogs can be stored in the refrigerator for 3 week or in the freezer for up to 6 months.
— Burgers are not cooked and are shipped frozen with dry ice. Keep burgers refrigerated or frozen until ready to cook thoroughly
— To serve, remove from packaging and heat by method of choice. For best results, reheat over an open flamed grill. Brats & hot dogs can also be heated in the oven or on a stovetop.
