The NOVA one-hand-watch only has one hand - the green hour hand. There is no minute hand because you can read the time only by the hour hand. Each index stands for 1 hour. In between the indexes you can tell the time by estimating where the hand points to. Here it is approximately 1.45 am or pm, depends wherther it is night time or afternoon at you location.
