FAQ
Botto will remain airtight if you keep the powder in it even filled above the middle gasket. There is a patented one-way check valve on the top of the lid to let the air out, so we suggest to leave a little room between the fine powder and the lid to prevent the powder from coming out from the valve. Adding a parchment paper on the top of the powder also helps. After all, if anything gets into the valve, which rarely happens, you can always easily take apart the lid and clean it thoroughly.
