The Backyard Cookout Selection includes eight 6 oz Chuck Brisket Blend Burgers; two 18 oz USDA Choice Bone-In Ribeyes; and four 10 oz USDA Choice Sirloin Steaks.

To Thaw
All meat should be left in the vacuum sealed package and placed on a plate in the refrigerator to thaw for 24 hours. This allows the product to retain all the natural juices. Never thaw product under hot water or at room temperature. Remove thawed meat from refrigerator half an hour before cooking.

Cooking Times
BuckHead recommends cooking steaks at 400°F. Meat continues to cook after it is removed from heat, therefore, please remove 5°F before desired internal temperature. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. For best results, use a meat thermometer.
