The Bees Knees Spicy Honey is made by combining sweet honey from the Hudson Valley with a spicy mix of chili peppers. With no other added ingredients, it's great on anything from a hot slice of pizza, to a warm buttered biscuit or a cold bowl of ice cream.

The Trees Knees Spicy Maple Syrup combines sweet maple syrup from the Catskill Mountains with a spicy mix of chili peppers, and is perfect for a pan of roasted vegetables, or crispy fried bacon and slices of skillet cornbread.

Weak Knees Gochujang Sriracha Sauce boasts the sweet-spicy flavors of a classic sriracha, and the fermented complexity of gochujang chili paste. Like nothing you've ever tasted, this little baby will give you weak knees.
