Is there any damage done to the material in weather extremes from 90 degrees above to -35 degrees below zero?

There is no damage to the products when they expose to the temperature you describe.
We have them in northern Europe and North America (including Canada) and never had complaints. We also have them in the scorching sun of Nevada and they as stable as they could get in these temperatures as well.
