Cihuatán is a craft distillery based in the heart of the Cihuatán valley in El Salvador. A division of one of this country’s most diversified sugar mills, they control the entire production chain—from the sugarcane seed, to the distilling, aging, blending, and bottling. The land's ancient Mayan heritage is the inspiration for everything they do. The Maya were insatiably curious, which drove them to study the stars and numbers, explore new lands, and create ahead of their time. Nahual Limited Edition Legacy Blend Rum is a taste of Cihuatán's private reserves. This award-winning limited edition is a blend of 3 hand-selected rums between 11-14 years, and aged in both New American Oak and ex-Bourbon barrels. Take your time enjoying the rich notes of artisanal dulce de leche, cashew nuts, bourbon coffee cherries, caramelized panela-coconut sweets, and toasted succulent oak.
