About the Designer
Hillflint started in the fall of 2012, when one of its founders came across an old picture of Dartmouth grad Ed Heald in an iconic collegiate piece: the class numeral sweater. The sweater was so well-made that when Heald showed it to them at Dartmouth Homecoming, it was still in perfect condition. Embodying quality craftsmanship and a classic, effortless style rarely seen today, the two decided to make a line of Class Year sweaters of their own, all of which sold like wildfire.
