Is this product waterproof?

It is IP54 protection, which means soft water splash is fine, but strong water spray will damage the camera. It is ok to install the camera in outdoor space but it is required to install the camera under the roof to prevent direct heavy rain contact and possible damage.

This campaign is for SpotCam Video Doorbell, 1080P Full HD version and 130-degree viewing angle.

What is the monthly fee?

There is no monthly fee if you use a microSD card for video recording. A monthly fee is only required if you'd like to record and backup the video to the cloud. For cloud recording of 180 days retention, it is $2.95 per month, and for 360 days it is $4.95 per month.
