Codlo

Codlo was born in 2012 when its founders discovered sous-vide cooking and realized that that the moistness and flavor it imparted were second to none. The existing sous-vide appliances were bulky, complex and overblown, so they decided to make their own Sous Vide Controller: a compact, impeccably-designed device that turns your pre-existing rice and slow cookers into sous vide machines. Since then, this small, London-based family business has caught on fire. Through Codlo, Grace and Xi are carrying out our mission to make the wonderful method of sous-vide cooking more accessible to home cooks.
