Inspired by the mischievous fun after hours and the lurid fantasies of the Marquis de Sade, Coup de Sade Champagne by COUP is for the night that never ends. The bottle is adorned with a brightly glowing filigree, which is also waterproof, and comes complete with 2 LED light sabers so you can saber your bottle in style.

The 90 point 2004 Vintage Brut from Gilbert & Gaillard opens up to delicate aromas of ripe lemon, white-fleshed fruits, and brioche. It has lovely volume and full body yet freshness and mellowness on the palate. Remarkable fullness and lengthy fruit exposure.

COUP has a passion for curating collections of incredible champagne made with the highest level of integrity in six key areas. The grapes must be grown on their own estate and hand-picked at the peak of maturity. All juice must come from the first press, and be small batched for exacting vinification. Finally it is aged significantly longer with minimal sugar added. The resulting craft champagnes are noted for their deeper and more complex flavor profile that arises from this longer aging process. The texture of the bubbles are much finer and more delicate for an exquisite tasting experience.

This bottle is ready-to-saber with no experience needed—just make sure the bottle is properly chilled before sabering. The top of the bottle is fitted with patented safety mechanisms that make the experience of champagne sabering safer and easier to perform. The included safety pour spout is used both to cover the sharp exposed glass on the bottle, and to prevent any glass pieces from being poured out.
