Product Description
This Rolex has been carefully inspected, restored, and protected with a black PVD coating. The process involves completely disassembling the watch and placing it in a vacuum chamber to be blasted with a DLC (Diamond-like Carbon) coating.
The Milgauss, introduced in 1956, was designed to meet the demands of the scientific and engineering community, capable of withstanding magnetic fields of up to 1,000 gauss, hence the name. It became known notably as the watch worn by scientists at the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN) in Geneva. This powerful watch also boasts a sleek design and bold index markers.
