Cinnamon is mixed with the sugar to start, then cinnamon sticks are soaked in the heavy cream. The final result is a caramel rich with the spicy, earthy bite of cinnamon and the sweet, creamy richness of caramel. And of course, as with all Dallas caramels, it's made with only fresh ingredients and no artificial flavoring.
