SCOUT is the new compact Universal Modular Rig System that makes it simple to create high quality video content with just a smartphone. The SCOUT rig is very simple to use, and thanks to all the included accessories, does not require any previous shooting experience. Just define your shooting frame, connect a microphone, check your light, and you're ready to go.
SCOUT is great for both indoor and outdoor use. It is lightweight but well balanced and conveniently pocket-sized for easy carrying or travelling. The adjustable clamp holder and rotatable connector means you can easily and securely fix any phone to shoot horizontal or vertical footage.
The rig modules can be assembled in a number of different setups of your choice. It can be handheld, can stand, and can be mounted on a mini or a full-sized tripod. The integrated patented Track System provides a connection base for extra microphones, LED lights, and other photo and video accessories one may need.
The included MiniGun VLC-80 microphone was developed specially for SCOUT and fine-tuned for clear voice recording. It can also be easily mounted on any other rig or gimbal with a special connector. The additional Lavalier microphone is fine-tuned with deeper base sensitivity for more "velvety" voice sound in dialogs, interviews, or any other in-home, office, studio, or outdoor shooting. This set also includes a 49 LED light with professional ratio of Color Rendering Index, which comes with the integrated universal USB charger and a 1100mAh rechargeable Li-ion battery. It is powerful enough to light objects for clear shooting up to 9 feet away, even at night.
