The adjustable clamp holder on its rotatable connector enables it to fix easily and securely to any phone to shooting either horizontally or vertically.

How does the microphone work with an iPhone?

In fact, to use the microphones with iPhone you need to have 3,5 Audio Jack to Lightning connector. It was included in iPhone kits for all models before iPhone 12.
It is important to use the ORIGINAL connector from Apple because it has a PCB inside and the sound from the connected microphone could be transmitted and recorded only through PCB. Many cheap connectors can let you use earphones but for an incoming audio signal, there is only one option - the original accessory.
