Trophy coffee was inspired by the legendary Camel Trophy Rallies which took place in some of the world’s most exotic locations. From the jungles of South America and Indonesia, to Africa and the deserts of Mongolia, the Camel Trophy embodied rugged adventure. This coffee is comprised of beans from Sumatra and Sulawesi, site of the 1981 and 1988 Camel Trophy rallies. Beans from these parts of Indonesia are known for their thick, full bodied, rustic flavors that can often be described as Earthy.
