There are 3 layers of ultra-thin construction onto our extreme knit. The outside layer Is water repellent and gives the shoe its body. The middle layer is a thin stretchable film that is 100% waterproof and also releases moisture from inside to outside. The inner layer is a charcoal yarn which helps with wicking and anti-odor control.

Can this be worn with sneakers or shoes?

This product is much like a minimalist shoe. You can go bare feet then wear our product, or you can wear socks and put on our product.
