Barrel Aging Details:
The barrels in this release were meticulously aged for a decade in the heart of Warehouse C. Notably, half of these barrels originated from the 2nd floor, renowned for its exceptional aging conditions for older barrels. The tight ricks slow the introduction of new barrels, while the dry atmosphere proves ideal for the maturation of 10 to 15-year-old products. The other half of the barrels were sourced from the 5th floor, a well-rounded aging space featuring windows that facilitate excellent air circulation and ample sunlight, enhancing the aging process.
