The Kuroi Hana Slicing Knife has a series of alternating scallops on both sides of the blade. These reduce the drag on the knife and to allow for easy separation from the knife’s blade. The result is the paper-thin slices essential for precision cooking. It features immaculate 67 layer construction from Japanese AUS10 steel for durability, corrosion resistance, and incredible sharpness. The blade is hand-etched by skilled artisans to create the uniquely stunning "Black Flower" effect.
