This 7 piece chef's set also includes the Black Diamond Magnum Knife Block—  a unique, angular knife block designed by Christian Bird to fit seamlessly with Edge of Belgravia’s avant-garde style. The clever weighting system secures the knives in their slot, while slight angling allows for easy extraction. This magnum version has 22 slots, and is perfectly sized to fit most knives, including the Galatine Magnum Chef Knife and Galatine Cleaver.

Note: The Galatine Cleaver is ideal for chopping vegetables and meat, however due to the high hardness of the core steel, it is not recommend for chopping bones or frozen food.
