What does the ad mean when it says it indicates time on a 24 hour? Does that means the hands only make one revolution every 24 hours or that the gears indicate day-and-night?

The hour hand makes one revolution within 12H but the gears make one revolution within 24h and indicate day-and-night true hour. So if it's 18:00 the gears display 18 if it's 6:00 the gear display 6.
