FAQ

Since this is TSA accepted, how would the TSA unlock since there are no keys, codes or 3 digit dial?

The TSA key bypass is on the right side of the Smart TSA Travel Padlock, on the same side where the micro USB port is.

What is the diameter on the shaft?

The diameter of the shackle is around 3.5mm or 0.15inch.

Can it be used outdoors on a shed? Will it be secure if used for a gym locker?

This model is not recommended by outdoor usage.

We have customers using this lock for gym locker, drawers/cabinet and they like it.

Can these locks be picked?

This lock is designed to be opened via NFC, Bluetooth, or TSA lock. NFC and Bluetooth are both extremely secure methods of unlocking, and the app will also update you if the TSA lock access has been used to open the lock.
